REFLECTIONS

The Senate is staying up all night debating/fillibusting an amendment that will call for the United States “to establish a predictable and regular multi-lateral diplomatic forum related to Iraq that meets frequently and is open to all parties in the Middle East.” It sounds expensive and a neverending expense.
