Fearless Predictions
Inspired by NRO I have my own fearless predictions for 2008.
At the 2008 World Figure Skating Championships Ladie’s event either the Japanese or South Korean National Anthem will be played.
Emily Hughes will manage to cheat enough jumps or break enough rules to stay on the podium at US Nationals, but fall out of the top ten at Worlds. Kimmie Meissner will defend her title but Caroline Zhang will steal the show.
US Pairs will finish out of the top five at Worlds in 08, 09, 10…….
The Russian ice dancers will fall twice at Worlds and still win. One sports reporter will start to ask if the new judging system might not just be as corrupt as the old one. But that reporter will be drowned out by the chorus of kool-aid drinkers spouting the glories of the new system.
Hillary Clinton will not be elected president. The American people are stupid but not THAT stupid.
