On the Road to the National Primary run from Washington DC

If Florida and Michigan get to re-do their presidential primaries then why shouldn’t all the States do the same whenever selected groups object to voters’ choice? It is chaos this year among the Democrats. Their chaos is fuel for change wearing the mask of reform. Will primary-chaos lead for a call of a national primary?
