So Senator Graham says the country is whining. Sounds rather obvious to me. “I took out a mortgage and now I have to pay it back, whine!” “I want gas to be cheap but I don’t want anymore oil drilling, whine” “Pay for my doctor, pay for my babysitter, pay for my pills. whine, whine, whine!”
