Earthquake

The BurkeanSon wants to blog about the quake.  So here is his eyewitness account:

Well being a homeschool student I spend most of my time at home.  So I was doing my math work when I felt a big shaking and I was shaking myself a little.  I also heard a rather loud noise accompanying it.  It was a soft booming and some clicking too, the clicking lasted after the shakes had gone.  I think the shaking lasted about 5 -8 seconds, of course I wasn’t really counting.  The news has more information and if you felt the quake you might want to call the news station to give it information about just where the earthquake was felt.   I was surprised when the quake started because I wasn’t expecting one, thunderstorms perhaps.  I thought it was at first a thunderstorm, but then I started shaking.  So I knew it was an earthquake.   In So California you may want to secure loose items for there may be more quakes ahead.
