The One I Would Vote For

As always Thomas Sowell keeps his eyes clearly focused on matters of true importance.  And as usual he does not suffer fools gladly:

When terrorists get nuclear weapons, there will be no way to deter suicide bombers. We and our children will be permanently at the mercy of the merciless.

Yet what are we talking about? Taxing and spending policies, socking it to the oil companies and rescuing people who gambled on risky mortgages and lost.

Are we serious? Are we incapable of adult foresight and adult responsibility?

Let’s all close our eyes and imagine President Sowell.  Wouldn’t that be grand?

President Sowell!

Can he battle the radical left-wing’s Borkesque attacks as Keyes, Steele, and Thomas suffered? While I don’t wish their hatred upon them I am grateful Keyes, Steele, and Thomas do stand up in attempts to defeat the haters.

Sidenote: Obama needs all of Kerry’s “won” States from 2004. Wisconsin is in play this year. Oh, if Obama loses by WI’s 10 electoral votes!

Townhall @ Madison wrote last week in our yahoo forum that at this time in ‘04 in liberal Madison 3 out of 5 cars were showing Kerry bumper stickers; this year, Obama is 1 out of 20 cars. Now, we must keep Milwaukee elections honest and WI goes McC-Saracuda.
