The MSM is only happy talking about the military when they can create a controversy. Sgt. Peralta’s amazing courage in Iraq would go unnoticed if he hadn’t been denied a Medal of Honor and therefore giving the media a chance to stir up a storm of outrage. http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/military/20080918-9999-1n18peralta.html
Whichever medal he receives Sgt. Peralta gave his life in service to our country and he deserves honor and respect. The denial of the Medal of Honor can not detract that his life was a statement of honor. RIP Sgt.
