Now I am as bad as anyone in proclaiming Obama the default winner because I am the worst pessimist you never want to meet.  But as an Instapundit reader points out, this may keep some people from the polls and we can not have that.  http://www.pajamasmedia.com/instapundit/archives2/025970.php

To my mind, the phrase “seems to have it won,” gives Obama too much credit. What I see is a campaign with a poor poker face trying to execute a huge bluff, and counting on their friends in the media to corroborate it. It’s an attempt to suppress GOP turnout, and it remains to be seen who’s buying it. Don’t help the Obama campaign take this

So don’t let my pessimism keep you from the polls or the checkbook.  As Rightwingsparkle points out we need to serve our country by writing checks.  Now is not the time for gloom now is the time to fight.  History is moving fast, we are going to have to move faster.
