The junior US Senator of Illinois, B. Obama jr., was a law teacher at the University of Chicago in constitutional law. His students should sue for malpractice. It is his statement that “the constitution is a charter of negative rights” where he shows a liking for statism. [update: the spin is that Obama was only speaking of slavery. Sorry, the constitution didn't give any rights in particular any right to slave-owning. State-Rights ruled and slavery was prohibited in D.C. after 1820. btw, the 13th amendment only abolished private slavery -- you can be enslaved by due process!]
Oh, that is so telling! In light of his explaining to an Ohion, referred to as Joe the plumber, how taxes need to be used to spread the wealth to people Obama assumed Joe would screwed over if he obtains a possible $200k business: “the people left behind [joe].” For Obama he believe government must police private doings while at the same time supporting privacy of recreation.
The Constitution of 1787 amended twenty-seven times prohibited the newly designed government [federal government] from violating our rights proclaimed in Thom. Jefferson’s Declartion of Idependence.. Obama calls those as negative rights. He is either a [chose a description for they are basically the same] fascist, socialist, communist, collectivist, or all the above. He means central government control all decision-making except recreational, procreationless sex..
Expect major constitutional amending if Obama, current Speaker Pelosi, and current controlling Senate leader Reid gain huge victories this next Tuesday. We will get new rights granted by the central government. They will be call positive rights. Rights saying how you and I are to act enforceable by law and force.
