The Unimaginable
A startling naive friend of mind once said she can not imagine Israel being destroyed. In the end when American Jews lend their support to Israel’s enemies I think they are being like my, oh let’s just call it by its real name, stupid friend. American Jews say they want Israel to make concessions for peace, but they really can’t imagine Israel being destroyed. Even the young and reform Jews who have turned against Israel haven’t really contemplated the end of Israel. I think they will be shocked at the depth of their feelings when Israel is pushed out existence by the “peace plan” of Pres. Obama.

Just as 70 years ago they could not imagine Auschwitz.

In previous Bible study of the what Christens call the Old Testament we learn over and over God’s people going away from Him–going east of Eden like our first parents–Tower of Babel the ancient “Liberals” knew better than Him and they sought an earthy way to Heaven.
It is horribly sad they self-interested desire to have a convenient life without burdens must harm so many innocents.
