Gas is so Cheap!! Thanks Mr. President!
Anyone with brain cells knew that abolishing drilling bans would lower the price of gas. But even us pro-drillers could not have imagined it getting this low. Today in San Diego county it is $2.17 a gallon. We haven’t even started drilling yet, just lifted the ban. Okay all you out there let’s here it: thank you President Bush for lifting the drilling ban. Come on I know you are out there, I just can’t hear it over the sound of these dang crickets!
Ah well enjoy it while you can. Obama will re-execute the ban and we can go back to $4 a gallon. But at least bad, old, mean Bush will be gone.
$1.99/gal yesterday in Watertown, Wisconsin. The Left saw this year Americans didn’t like $4/gal but they will pay it. Federal gas tax goes up and with a new ban even higher. Carter II is here. And, not a Reagan in sight!
