REFLECTIONS

The State Of Israel is protecting her land and her people from a constant barrage of terror attacks and the world screams dirty Jew.  We are seeing just the beginning of the hate crimes against Jews in the USA  http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/2009/01/vandals-deface-3-chicago-synagogues.html  it will continue worsening.  Since 9/11 hate crimes against Muslims in the country have decreased, crimes against Jews have increased.  This is not a coincidence. 

I wrote in this blog http://marlettsmith.com/blog/index.php/2007/09/11/hate-crimes-real-and-imagined/ about living across the street from a Mosque on 9/11.   The first thought of the local police on the day of the worst terror attack in US history was protecting that Mosque.  So suddenly I was living on the safest street in the US.   I don’t live near a Synagogue so I can’t say for certain, but I doubt vandals could have attacked one if Synagogues were being protected as that Mosque was.   As Mark Steyn and Ezra Levant have repeatedly stated since 9/11 the West cares far more about imaginary hate crimes than the real ones.   No one was threatening Muslims in ’01 as Jews are now being threatened, but we bent over backwards to save Muslims from a threat that didn’t exist.    Jews are on their own, as always.
