Pre-G20 Assault on Global New Deal
In imitation of Barack Obama’s, the American President, $800 billion stimulus law, Gordon Brown, the British Prime Minister, proposed a ‘global new deal’ of a $2 trillion-plus fiscal stimulus to end the recession.

I am still attemping to figure out what is a ‘G20.’ Was it not ‘G7′ or ‘G8′ last time? I am more concern about my own ‘G1′ which has taken a sharp fall over into the nineteenth century precipice of socialism. As wishful, star-stuck Americans walk dreamily above that precipice, we collectively are divided against ourselves. We complain over whose self-love is more politically correct in order to be the first in line of a seemingly continuous and endless ‘stimulus’ packages.
Walking among the star-stuck devotees of idolatry and harlotry are those whose voices, though being drum out by calls to shut-up and be the loyal, silent opposition, yelling, “Stop!”
Angela Merkel, the German chancellor, “I will not let anyone tell me that we must spend more money.” Sie ist gut.
