Obama is a Gnome

Briefly, it tells us about the South Park episode called “Gnomes” in which little men steal underwear in order to get rich. When the kids ask, the Gnomes tell them The Plan:
Phase 1: collect underpants
Phase 3: get rich
When the kids ask “but what about phase two?” The Gnomes answer “but phase 3 is PROFITS!”.
Let’s test this theory:
Phase 1: order Guantanamo closed
Phase 3: close Gitmo!
(still working on phase two there …)
The stimulus package? Lacking a phase two. Rescuing auto makers? Middle East policy? Green Energy? All lacking a phase two.
Somehow, Obama seems to have escaped from South Park.
