So the latest crowing in conservative land comes from a Gallup poll http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/52602
At the same time, more Americans nationwide are saying this year that they are conservative than have made that claim in any of the last four years.
Wait till all these brand new “conservatives” find out that being conservative means taking responsibility for yourself and your children. Wait till these brand new “conservatives” find out that being conservative means you have to pay for stuff yourself and not expect government to do it for you. Then we will see how many are actually conservative.
Every voter I know in California, except a few actual conservatives, thinks the government spends to much money on other people. But threaten their kids after school programs and suddenly its “hey stop I want my free lunch and I want it now.”
Its easy to say you are a conservative its harder to pay for your own darn stuff!
