Note to Town Hallers

There is a misconception every ten years about when decades begins and ends. Despite the popular belief that we start to count at zero, 2009 is not the end of the first decade of the 21st century.

The office of the Town Hall weblog shall not take lightly violations of this basic math. Any posts about the end of the decade in the next few weeks shall be made fun of with side-bar remarks added to any such postings. :)

In short, 2010 is the most important year of this first decade with the federal Congressional elections in a year which will determine our liberty or lack of it for ages to come.
