Time to Amend
With the second Boston Tea Party of yesterday it time to add to the Bill of Rights.
Section 1. Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives.
Section 2. Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States .
President Obama as a progressive, constitutional law professor would call this proposal as a negative right. It denies government. To his warp thinking the Founders were selffish by their insisting upon securing for themselves and for their children (us) the blessings of liberty. Either the Founders or Mr. Obama have gotten things backwards. Yesterday special election may be the sign Americans realise it is the latter on the wrong side of history.
