EXPLANATION OF SERVICE

The rate is applied according to when the client must have the product. The turnaround time doesn't necessarily take the full number days allowed in each plan, however. For instance, if you needed something researched and a memo produced but didn't need it earlier than 20 days, the standard rate would apply. It's entirely possible, but not guaranteed, that the product would be in your hands before the 20 days had lapsed, however. A billing record is kept, of course, and the client is only bill for the time spent fulfilling the request! Average project completion time is in seven to ten unconcurrent hours.
